Q: Is my information secure?
A: Yes, our store is a Prostores shop, an eBay company. The security is industry standard 128 bit encrypion through Verisign and all data passed through us is 100% guaranteed secure.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, as well as payments through PayPal! We don't usually accept checks or money orders, but if you're desperate for us to, we'll ... do it! Just let us know if you'd really like to pay that way. Our contact email is on the "Customer Service" page.
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: We ship out all orders within 24 hours of purchase, with many orders leaving the same day!
Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?
A: For United States orders, we provide free shipping, packaging, and handling. For all other countries, we offer a flat rate shipping free of $5.00 for the entire order.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We ship all United States orders by USPS First Class mail, or by USPS Priority Mail. All International orders will ship via the fastest, most cost effective method.
Q: What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
A: If you can add it to the cart, we have it! But, in the unlikely event that something is not available, we will credit your account immediately.
Q: Do you offer wholesale accounts?
A: No, we do not have wholesale accounts at this time.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We think you'll be very happy, but just in case ~ we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied just let us know within 7 days or receiving your package and we will detail how to return the items for a complete refund.
